not automatically but you can do it in few steps. There is one problem you will face if you do it for whole project, everyone else in your team will get conflict for empty line addition and also for line formating on some of the functions. So be extra cautious before you do this on entire project.

Steps:-

1. Right click on entire package in left pane inside AS

2. Select "Reformate code" and you are done
